New Minimally Invasive Periodontal Disease Treatment Optimizing Dentistry’s Two Best Laser Wavelengths, Fotona has co-developed Wavelength-optimized Periodontal Therapy(TM) (WPT(TM)) with US partner Lares Research. WPT(TM) is a minimally invasive method for treating periodontal disease using fully optimized Nd:YAG and Er:YAG laser with the AT Fidelis.

Dr. Carlo Fornaini Becomes Latest Expert Lecturer in LAHA Laser Dentistry Section, During his visit to Fotona’s headquarters in Monday 7th December 2009, Dr. Fornaini presented his latest findings in laser welding in dentistry to Laser and Health Academy members. With that Dr. Fornaini also accepted the Academy’s invitation to become its latest Clinical Expert Lecturer in the field of laser dentistry.

Dr. Ron Kaminer Awarded Laser & Health Academy Expert Clinical Lecturer Title, Dr. Ron Kaminer is the Newest Expert Clinical Lecturer for the Laser and Health Academy. In his inaugural lecture he presented a series of cases. The performance of each case was filmed live during the procedure. The cases illustrated the full breadth of conventional dental treatments possible with a Fotona Nd:YAG laser.
