The SPOTLIGHT is laser welding system, designed for precise distortion-free welds of practically all metals, including titanium.

It is a manual welding unit especially designed for the manufacture of small mechanical parts, dental prothesis or in jewelry ( Fotona dental page ). However, it is also suitable for large production batches, where laser can be synchronized with production line.

Pulsed Nd:YAG welding laser

As a rule, the stability of the welded joint and the speed of welding are better than with traditional joining techniques. Add to this the fine focus of the laser light, which means that warming is minimal, and the thermal stress in the workpiece is extremely slight.
