Vacuum Cell Technology
Vacuum Cell Technology (VCT) is Fotona's unique and proprietary solution to generate absolute uniform beam profiles for Q-switched lasers. EFC Technology

Tattoo Removal
Fotona's Q-switched laser systems are designed with effective and efficient tattoo removal in mind. Our Q-switched lasers generated the highest power, nanosecond laser pulses. These pulses create a photo-acoustic effect that breaks up pigment particles in the skin, without affecting surrounding skin structures. These smaller particles can then be absorbed by the body's natural defense systems.
Fotona's QX range is based on highest, single pulse energy generating technology. Only single pulses avoid the formation of an optical shield above the target area during treatments. Successive pulses are thus more efficiently used for reaching deeper-lying pigments. Fotona provides up to four wavelengths for tattoo removal.
Pigmented Lesion Treatments

Skin Toning, Tightening and Texture Improvements (T3)
Fotona's T3 treatment utilizes the unique properties of the VSP-shaped Nd:YAG laser to tone, tighten and improve the texture of the skin.
T3 treatments use the selective absorption of the Nd:YAG laser wavelength, depositing controlled heat into the dermis having passed harmlessly through the uppermost layer of skin. This thermal effect induces collagen remodeling and new collagen formation, producing the toning, tightening and texture improvements.
Laser Hair Removal
