R32 Nd:YAG Handpiece

The R32 handpiece is intended to be used in pulse mode with the Fotona XP-2 laser system. The handpiece has a variable spotsize from 2 to 8 mm and is recommended for the treatment of vascular and pigmented lesions, T3 skin rejuvenation treatment as well as for permanent hair reduction.

R27 Handpiece

The R27 handpiece safely delivers Nd:YAG laser energy, transmitted through the optical fiber, to the treatment site. The handpiece is intended for use with the Fotona XP-2 and XP-2 Focus laser systems and any other Fotona laser systems that supports QCW operation mode with 400Mm and 600Mm fibers.

QCW Pulsed Nd:YAG 1064 nm Laser Lipolysis

The aim of this study was to evaluate the rapidly growing use of Nd:YAG 1064 nm lasers for laser lipolysis, and to compare this wavelength with other wavelengths used for laser lipolysis in terms of safety and efficacy. The results show that the Nd:YAG 1064 nm wavelength is the optimal wavelength for laser lipolysis in terms of safety and efficacy.
