4. How many practices can I add?
You can add as many practices as the total number of registered products in your Fotona account. This allows you to better manage your practices, especially if they are located in different areas. By doing so, you can precisely define which treatments are performed with which product at each specific practice location.
5. Can I change which treatments we perform at my practice OR can I change my practice's information?
- Feel free to edit your treatment portfolio as much as you like or change your practices's contact information by logging into My Practice with your Fotona account.
- You can also view how your practice's information appears to the public by searching for it on Find a Doctor.
6. Where can I see how many products I have registered under my Fotona account, and which ones they are?
To see all of your registered products, simply click here. You’ll need to be logged into your Fotona account.
7. I have another Fotona product that I haven’t registered yet. How can I register it?
To register an additional product, log into your Fotona account, click here to go to the product registration page, select “Register new product”, and follow the on‑screen instructions.
8. I’ve relocated and need to change my practice’s location. Can I do that?
Absolutely. Simply log into your Fotona account, navigate to My Practice and click on the name of the practice you want to update. You can then modify the address, location details, and contact information at any time. Once you save your changes, they’ll go live immediately on Find a Doctor—no need to remove, re‑add, or await approval.
9. What are the Terms of Agreement for using My Practice and Find a Doctor?
- By submitting your practice’s data you confirm that you are clinically certified to perform the selected treatment protocols.
- By submitting your practice’s data you confirm that you allow your practice and its contact details to be featured on the Fotona website.
- By submitting your practice’s data you agree and confirm that all of your personal and practice information are accurate.
Please note that being featured on Fotona’s My Practice and Find a Doctor does not serve as an endorsement or recommendation by Fotona.
10. I can’t access my Fotona account because I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
No need to worry! Just visit the password reset page, enter the email address you used to register your products, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@fotona.com.
11. I don’t remember which email I used during product registration. What can I do?
No worries—just send us a message at info@fotona.com. To help us locate your Fotona account more quickly, please include as many of the following details as you can:
- Your full name
- Practice name and address
- Serial number(s) of your Fotona product(s)
- Approximate date of purchase or registration
Once we receive your email, our support team will verify your information and help you regain access.
