Fotona UK Users Conference a Big Success

6 December 2012

This event was organized by Fotona's UK distributors, ABMEtech and Beehive Solutions, to bring together Fotona users from all over the UK to share their experiences, treatment methods, protocols and to improve their current practices. Over 50 Fotona users attended the meeting, which included 15 presentations from 10 different speakers.

The agenda of the event served to educate Fotona users about a variety of techniques, applications and potential income streams. The morning sessions covered podiatry applications and various QX MAX treatments (tattoo removal, pigmented lesions and other Accelera mode applications), while the afternoon sessions were geared towards general aesthetics (hair removal, thread veins, rosacea, acne and other treatments) as well as new applications such as anti-snoring and gynecology treatments.

According to Mr. Craig Smith, director of Beehive Solutions, “The event was a real success with all attendees commenting on how useful the day was and how well it was run. Everyone wants this to be a regular event and maybe spread over two days so that more time can be dedicated to networking with other clinics.”

The organizers were thankful to Fotona for supporting the event by sending an official representative to assist with the conference activities and contribute to the dialogue. Mr. Smith added, “We plan on holding the same event next year with the potential of opening it up to the whole of Europe and possibly worldwide to Fotona users.”
