Dr. Jasmina Kozarev, one of Fotona’s reference physicians, gave a lecture at the conference on the topic of “Laser Treatment of Scarring Skin Disorder” and also presented a workshop on the topic of fractional resurfacing, a therapeutic concept that ablates microscopic vertical holes in tissue to facilitate the remodeling of skin affected by photo-damage or scarring.

The well-organized and well-attended conference exceeded the expectations of most participants, indicating that it will likely continue to play an significant role as a regional forum for advanced education and training in aesthetics and dermatology.
