Fotona Recognized for Innovative Achievements in Gynecology

According to Fotona senior researcher Zdenko Vizintin, “we were pleasantly surprised that the scientific committee awarded us with the best presentation – they obviously recognized the value of the pioneering studies in laser therapy for incontinence and prolapse conducted by our reference physicians, Dr. Sabina Sencar and Dr. Urska Bizjak-Ogrinc. Their results, especially with prolapse, are quite revolutionary.”

Mr. Vizintin also expressed his gratitude that the Turkish Urogynecological society was open enough to examine innovative approaches in pelvic floor therapies, thereby recognizing the potential of Fotona’s minimally invasive laser therapies and the outstanding work of Drs. Sencar and Bizjak-Ogrinc.
