With 4600 attendees from 80 different countries represented and 160 exhibiting companies, the IMCAS congress is recognized as one of the most important international events dedicated to anti-aging skin treatments.
Fotona’s reputation as a leader in developing innovative treatments was confirmed by a number of leading-edge presentations by Fotona reference doctors, including a lecture by Dr. Ashraf Badawi entitled "Vaginal tightening and urinary incontinence treatment with fractional Er:YAG long pulse", which generated a substantial interest and discussion among the attendees in the packed audience. In addition to the gynecological presentation, Dr. Badawi also appeared in lectures on melasma as well as laser epilation treatments, during which he introduced Fotona’s new Avalanche FRAC3 protocol.
Another of Fotona’s reference physicians, Dr. Leonardo Marini, presented a lecture titled "Comparison Between 2940 nm fractional Er:YAG priming and a novel 1064 nm Q-s photoacoustic fractional ablation followed by two full beam Q-s Sequential layering and tattoo pigment removal". This fascinating lecture, which presented Fotona’s new procedure for tattoo removal using a combination of fractional and full beam Q-s, was also accompanied by significant audience interest and discussion.
Throughout the IMCAS Paris congress, Fotona's exhibition booth drew the attention of numerous practitioners and laser experts seeking to learn more about performing specific treatments with Fotona’s advanced laser systems.
