Busy Days for Fotona at DASIL 2015

In addition to the main congress activities, Fotona was invited by DASIL (the Dermatologic & Aesthetic International League) to conduct a special pre-congress gynecology event on November 4th at a local hospital, where Dr. Le Mai Tu from Canada introduced Fotona’s unique SMOOTH treatments during a morning presentation, followed by live treatment sessions with patients in the afternoon. On the previous day, November 3rd, the company also participated in well-publicized pre-congress dermatology workshop with more than 80 participants in Hanoi that featured live Fotona 4D and tattoo-removal treatments.

On November 5th, the first day of DASIL, Fotona hosted an industry symposium focusing on its new 4D® and TightLase® treatments, as well as a 3-hour evening gynecology presentation with over 80 participants. On the next day, Fotona hosted another well-attended evening presentation on dermatology treatments. There was enthusiastic participation from both new and experienced Fotona users at all events, thanks to a large number of practitioners invited by Fotona’s regional representatives in Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam.

Throughout the DASIL congress and all pre-congress activities, the Fotona team was delighted with the high level of enthusiasm and positive feedback received from lecture & workshop attendees during the Q&A sessions and at visits to the Fotona booth. Fotona was also very honored to be selected as one of two companies at the congress to participate in a special charity event on November 6th to provide free dermatology treatments to needy patients.
