The Fotona booth at AAD was exceptionally busy this year, with a record number of visitors and some outstanding presentations by several Fotona reference practitioners: Rita Altman (SP Dynamis), Dr. Shayla Francis (My Fotona experience), Dr. Ashraf Badawi (Fotona4D & Peri-orbital rejuvenation) and Dr. Amy Taub (TightSculpting).
On March 3rd Fotona participated in the inaugural session of the new International Society of Laser Aesthetic Robotic Technology (LART). President of the society, Dr. Christine Lee was the keynote speaker for the event and Dr. Claudio Pidal from Brazil was guest of honor.
The Fotona team also hosted a very well-attended evening event on March 4th with a presentation by Dr. Mark Taylor on "The Magic of Fotona Lasers." Dr. Taylor presented an overview of the various applications for which his clinic uses Fotona’s SP Dynamis, including the novel Fotona4D® rejuvenation procedure. The response to the evening presentation was excellent, with the number of participants well exceeding the planned number of seats.
Overall, Fotona’s experience at AAD this year was remarkably positive, with a noticeable upward trend in demand for key treatments categories such as body sculpting. International visitors to AAD also expressed significant interest in Fotona’s new StarWalker® MaQX Q-Switched laser due to its revolutionary new ASP (Adaptive Structured Pulse) technology.
