The Fotona4D® promotional tour started at the Beauty Expo Congress in Guangzhaou on March 9th, a highly attended event in which Fotona participated with a large local sales team, accompanied by a team of Chinese reference doctors performing live Fotona4D® demonstrations. After the congress, on March 12th, Fotona’s distributor Beauty Light organized an all-day event moderated by Dr. Bin Yang at the South Medical University Clinic, a highly respected state-owned dermatological clinic. A series of lectures were followed by demonstrations of the Fotona4D procedure on live patients.
On the next day, the tour moved to Hangzhou, China, where an exceptionally warm welcoming ceremony greeted the Fotona team and another well-attended all-day Fotona4D event took place, this time with representatives of local aesthetic centers and smaller private clinics that offer 4D treatments.
The next stop on the roadshow tour was Chengdu, with another fantastic turnout for the final promotional event, organized at an upscale hotel with lectures throughout the day on Fotona4D, Smooth Eye and other Fotona indications, followed by several more visits to local clinics.
The final stop on the Fotona4D roadshow tour was in Shanghai, for a meeting and post-tour follow-up with the team from Beauty Light’s Shanghai office. Based on the positive feedback from many satisfied patients and physicians, all indications suggest that Fotona4D and other minimally invasive aesthetic laser applications are well-positioned for further growth in the Chinese aesthetic market.
