Endovenous Laser Ablation Workshop

The workshop will begin with participants learning the basic principles of using lasers in a variety of non-surgical procedures. The practical and clinical advantages of lasers and laser-assisted treatments, and the effects of treatment parameter settings and variations thereof, will be explained in great detail and discussed by experienced laser practitioners based on real case materials.

The second part of the workshop will cover the use of Fotona’s laser systems in endovenous laser ablation, with procedures explained in greater detail in individual program segments. Through demonstrations with hands-on opportunities in a surgical setting and led by experts in the field, participants will gain a full understanding of the complete procedure and receive the most current best-practice guidelines. This includes covering risk assessment, anesthesia options, surgical technique and control, and post-operative patient guidelines.
