How often should I service my device?
To maintain precision and performance, a preventative maintenance should be scheduled at least once a year.
What is the process to get my device serviced?
Please contact the service desk by email or phone. A service order will be created to track your request. In many cases, issues can be resolved immediately over the phone. If further action or annual maintenance is needed, a service estimate will be provided for your review and approval. Once accepted, an engineer will be assigned to the case and coordinate an onsite appointment at your convenience.
What's the timeframe for sending an engineer to inspect my Fotona® device?
This will depend on many factors such as receiving a signed service estimate, parts availability, and the technician’s availability in the area where the service is required. Please reach out to our Service Desk team to get an estimate and further information.
When does the warranty on my Fotona® device expire?
Newly installed devices have a one-year warranty from their installation date. The warranty covers all repair costs for the covered device.
