Laser lipolysis is a minimally invasive form of aesthetic surgery designed to remove excess body fat. It involves the use of laser energy to rapidly dissolve excess fat in target areas such as the thighs, abdomen, arms, and parts of the face.
How it Works
The Fotona® laser lipolysis treatment involves three key steps.
Step 1
A small 1-2 mm incision is made to create an entry point, followed by the infiltration of tumescent anesthesia.
Step 2
The cannula with the laser fiber is inserted, delivering Nd:YAG laser energy to break down fat cells and tighten skin.
Step 3
Smaller fat amounts are absorbed by the body, while larger volumes can be safely removed by the provider via suction.
